MRSI will display its new patent pending
dual chamber linear positive displacement dispense pump in booth
#1423 at NEPCON West. This new precision pump dispenses liquids with
better than 1% accuracy for even the highest viscosity fluids, and
will be the center of MRSI's dispense technology showcase at NEPCON.
In addition to the linear pump, MRSI’s NEPCON West display
includes examples of rotary pumps, spool valves and diaphragm valves.
MRSI’s experienced Applications Engineering staff will be on
hand to answer questions and help specify the correct pump and
parameters to match any dispense application.
According to MRSI Vice President of Sales, Dan Crowley, MRSI's new Dual Chamber Linear Positive Displacement
Dispense Pump addresses all the dispensing issues that bottleneck
today's demanding high volume production environment. The
Dual-LPD is MRSI's latest addition to the complete family of
application specific liquid dispense valves and pumps.
With the new Dual Chamber Linear Positive Displacement Dispense Pump,
positive displacement is achieved with closed loop feedback and a
tightly toleranced, hardened piston and sleeve combination. Dual
chambers allows continuous dispensing, with no refill time between
shots. Built in cartridge heaters with thermocouple feedback transfer
heat to the pump sleeve. Parts are easily removed for cleaning and
reinstalled without requiring any tools.
