MRSI, a leading world supplier of high-precision dispense and

of microwave modules.
The production lines consist of
automatic material handling integrated with the MRSI-170 Precision
Dispenser and the industry standard MRSI-505 Ultra Precision Assembly
work cell. MRSI integrates standard industry belt furnaces for epoxy
cure applications. The lines support automatic eutectic attach.
MRSI has incorporated many
microwave specific features. The long list include special routines
for Duroid placement, eutectic reflow, force control for GaAs
handling, 360 degree die orientation, chip to chip alignment,
alternate vendor capability, die orientation, perimeter collets and
complete material traceability.
